I arrived at the center at 6:35 pm, but the doors were already locked. Notably, he was outside smoking a cigarette while informing me of this. When I looked at the door in confusion, he added that the last appointment was at 6:30 pm. Does not actively understand marginalized individuals and takes advantage of them. I was guaranteed by a doctor that my insurance was covered by Mazzoni and was told weeks later it wasn’t, and now I have a bill and housing risk to face. I had an appointment at 2 but was already downtown so I went at 10 because I knew they took walk-ins, they rescheduled me to 11:20 am which was appreciated. The front desk staff, physician and person who took my blood was friendly and patient. I was in and out quickly. I would go back.
