I started filling my prescriptions with Washington Valley Pharmacy last year. There came a point when it became more convenient for me to fill the prescriptions in Wenatchee at the clinic where I have to go weekly to get blood drawn so I transferred my prescriptions to the clinic. Just recently the clinic was unable to fill one of my prescriptions due to a shortage. Recommendedeveryone that works there always knows who I am and what I need to take care of my mom... I believe they are above and beyond with customer service. they treat you like you are part of their own family. I truly can't say enough good about this pharmacy.

This is an exceptional small business run by a married couple who are doctors of pharmacy. They will go out of their way to beat prices of other pharmacies and they even deliver medications to seniors!
EXCELLENT service! Very nice, everyone there. This is somewhere where you actually get to speak with the pharmacist. I highly recommend!

Great over & above customer service, genuine care, they have even delivered meds to a former client, they have a drive-thru window for pick up convenience, they are like family & are always asking if they can help in any way & are very re-assuring...no worries with them & i have dealt with many other local pharmacies who lack in different ways.
