These guys are the real deal. I was impressed with the work the team did to trim/remove a large number of pine tree branches overhanging our roof – and in remarkably quick time given the wintry weather. What impressed me most of all was their professionalism, communication, and quality of service. For no extra charge, they even removed a small, dead tree from our property as they trimmed back the branches since they knew it'd be helpful. So pleased with the work that Washington Tree Experts did for us in October! Their recommendations were helpful, their work was exceptional and the crew was professional. They cleaned up all the debris in our yard and our neighbor's yards. They will be our first call for future tree needs!
Les had originally come out to bid our job. Very easy top/cut back laurels and cut and round the ornamental trees and bushes along the remainder of the pvt road. We decided to move forward and were put on the schedule. The area had the bomb cyclone storm with many trees down and they had to reschedule due to them having "other" priority jobs that they were working on. We rescheduled for a month out. Amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff was helpful and quick to schedule a quote. Les who came to quote was knowledgeable, informative, and quick to get a quote sent over. John and his crew showed up on time and did such great work! Thanks to the whole team!
Great experience! Asked for a quote online, they answered the next day, and trees were cut 5 days later. The whole region was still recovering from a massive windstorm, but they found the time to help us and our neighbors. Responsive, professional and reasonably priced.
