Everyone there is very friendly, I was made to feel comfortable and informed of the procedure (tooth extraction). It all went very smooth. I went home and experienced some pain but the pain meds provided helped. By that evening the pain had subsided and I feel back to normal the next morning.
I have been going to Dr. Church for years. He is very professional and an all around nice guy. The waiting room and exam rooms are as clean and well kept as you could ask for.
I’ve been coming to this dental office for about 15 years. While my hygienist and Dr. Church are both excellent—professional, kind, and thorough—the front office staff is consistently rude. Their demeanor is very curt and dismissive, which has left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patient. It was not always this way. Their unprofessionalism makes for an unpleasant experience. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. I'm one of those folks who just doesn't like going to the dentist. But the entire staff made the process easy for me. The young ladies at the front desk are always friendly and willing to answer all the crazy questions I have. The dental technicians must have been well trained because they all know their jobs inside and out. Dr Church is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He's patient he answers all of my questions.
