I was brought back in a timely manner and prepped for the upper and lower filings. Even though under a remodel, the staff was professional and courteous. Dr Story made the injections painless and the procedures went very well. I will not go anywhere else and will continue to refer to Dr Story's practice. EXCELLENT CARE
Wouldn't go anywhere else
I just had my first appointment at Family First Dental. The staff could not be nicer people. From the front desk, to the treatment rooms, everybody was kind and helpful and seemed to truly care about my dental health. I would highly recommend the whole team.
I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for my visit and have always had a great experience.
Joanie did a great job with adjusting my nightguard. She is very friendly and professional. Denise, at the front desk is amazing...she remembers everyone and is always on top of things!
I always have a lot of anxiety visiting the dentist, not only was everyone very personable, I felt comfortable and not anxious at all. All of the staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explain in detail, and provide courteous service! I would recommend anyone, it was an amazing experience and I will be a lifetime client.
I am very pleased and happy with the support and information i got from the staff at Family First. Will be recommending anybody!!
