I am a thirty year old man who has never been to the dentist, I was a little scared and self conscious. The receptionist was extremely nice and put me at ease as soon as I showed up, which was good because they're prompt and I did not spend too much time up front. My dentist Katey treated me as a person and never made me feel like just another patient, I left humbled and happy with a cheek full of gauze.
my visit was fine. You guys are way over kill with your emails, text messages and phone call reminders. they become an annoyance after the 7th or 8th one.
The staff at the office is always very friendly. Denise is always polite when I have to reschedule do to work conflicts. Diane has always been a friendly and professional hygienist. I enjoy my dental visits!
I was terrified to go to the dentist but the dental assistant and the dentist made me feel so comfortable! Thank you for helping me and calming my nerves
Dr. Storey and Jane did some dental work for me and they were kind and gentle throughout the appointment. They both have tremendous skill and there care for their patients is exceptional.
It sure is nice to walk in and be greeted by name. Thanks, Denise! And when I arrive, they're ready for me. No waiting. I appreciate that. Everything is handled professionally and efficiently. Dr Storie is courteous and she, along with everyone else, makes sure my questions get answered. It'll be great when the remodeling is finished in the clinic. Christi the dental hygienist was wonderful. We had a very nice chat as we had both worked in Labor and Delivery. Love Dr. Storey! I've never been to a dentist that has done things with no charge to me because she just wanted to check them out. That is so impressive. Thank you Dr.
I love it here, the office is not so large that they don't know/remember their patients. I hate going to appointments where the staff does not remember what you told them at your prior appointment (especially when it was just the month prior) Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I was pleased with the caring unrushed attitude of all who treated me. Especially appreciated was the time taken to educate me as to procedures, problems, and an array of solutions.
