Everyone in the office was very pleasant. The dentist and hygienist both seemed very qualified and capable. I felt like I was in good hands!
Lots of new equipment that makes the dental cleaning experience much more relaxing - heated massage chairs, a new ultrasonic scaler device that makes cleaning quicker, easier and more comfortable, and the remodeled building is great! And one more thing - I can't begin to say enough good things about Katie Storey, DMD - she's a fantastic dentist.

I'd like to thank the whole staff at Family First Dental on Washington street in Kennewick, for the great treatment I got on my first visit. I had been a little afraid of dental offices for many years but they made me feel comfortable and treated me like family. I appreciate the kind treatment, and excellent service!

The team at Family Fisrt Dental are awesome! From the greetings from Denise at the front desk, to wonderful and general work of Christi the hygienist, and the professional review performed by Dr. Storey.
The care and staff are very friendly and take the time during a visit. Have been pleased and comfortable with my experience. Having an all female staff is great. Also is a special plus the location is convenient and close to us. Also the parking and access is easy. So good marks all around.
