I had my teeth cleaned by Diane and as usual it was a great and painless experience. Thanks First Family for providing me care I can count on to always be friendly and professional!
Wouldn't go anywhere else. My husband and myself have had excellent dental care from Dr story. The whole staff is the greatest.
Everyone there is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. They call you by name, they remember details about your family and they take very good care of your teeth. They make you feel comfortable, and explain everything in detail, while offering options. Would recommend to anyone, young or mature. A+
Family First on Washington is the best office that I have gone to. Everything is just done so professionally and runs so smooth. Beautiful smile from Denise when you come in and hygienist is so gentle. She was really good. Dr. Storey was fantastic. I am really happy that she is my dentist. A really big thank you to Jane, Drs. assistant, for setting me up with this office. If you are looking for a dental practice that will suit all your needs this is where you need to be. Very welcoming staff from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. Dr. Story staff in the back excellent at what they do and explaining before and after. Christi their dental hygienist is very gentle and makes getting a deep cleaning painless even after numbing has worn off. Grateful for that. Billing department is willing and able to work within to help with your insurance and treatment plans. I would definitely recommend Family First Dental.
I did not have to wait, the appointment was on time and the work finished well. I always enjoy the friendliness of the staff from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Storey. Although going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, they work hard to reduce my anxiety and complete the work with as little discomfort as possible.
The staff is always very professional and my visits are thorough and painless. Even though I now live in Seattle, this remains my primary dental care provider.
A pleasant morning appointment having my teeth cleaned (and also my mouth guard). Slight apprehension of having a filling was dismissed with a simple treatment of Vanish. Enjoyed massage chair, too. The tech was very gentle and informative. See you in 6 months!
