From the time I walk in the door I feel good about the experience of seeing the hygienist and the dentist. The receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist treat me like I'm the most important person in the world and that I am safe in their hands. I also love the text reminders.
I have to say, when I walk in I am not apprehensive like I used to be in other clinics! The greeting is amazing , the "I care" attitude puts me at ease right away! I am so glad to be going to you! Thank you!
