Best deal of the day was the Sounder train from Everett. $18 round trip including admission to the fair. Prices inside were rediculous. Turkey leg (one) $14. Basketball toss to win a 50 cent prize was only $5 per shot and on and on. If we dont all complain it will just get worse. The art exhibitions were great and cost nothting more than price of admission as well as some of the other animal exhibits. I had not been since 2001 and probably won't be going back.

I was really looking forward to attending this event however, I quickly because disenchanted by the over-sized crowds. This might have been good for the event promoters but it certainly was not for the quest. I didn't get to look at half of the booths that I wanted to see because there were simply to many bodies in the tight space they had reserved. I don't think I would attend again.

The staff were patient and friendly, while I tried to navigate finding my pre-purchased tickets, keep my two children in view and deal with the rain. It was not that crowded on a Sunday (probably because of the showers), so the lines were fairly short for rides and events. It was a fun time!
