I cannot say enough wonderful things about this NYC gem! From the moment I walked in to the moment I (sadly) left five days later, I felt like I was visiting an old friend. Each and every hotel staff member was friendly, welcoming, and helpful - both to me and to my two daughters who were frequent visitors.
