Managers lied about their experience (not) staying at the hotel. Paid $200 for a room that had zero natural light, like a prison cell. When I asked to speak with a manager, was denied that right and gas lighted by night manager. Filthy floor and hairs in sink. Do not stay at this hotel.
Stayed here for 4 nights this past week. Everything was excellent! It was like a home away from home and a place I will be returning to in the future. It had everything on my checklist...clean room, safe in room, free internet, breakfast, and close to EVERYTHING in Greenwich Village. The best part of my experience though was Ronnie in the lobby. He knew my name and greeted me each morning. He was so helpful and fun to talk to. My overall experience here was absolutely excellent!
