This office is completely closed, with no notice, and no contact information. My appointment today was confirmed by an automated text, but no one was there when I arrived. The office number is redirected to a new company that will be taking over the space. I really liked Dr. Hassler, but this is horrible business practice.

This office is closed. I got a text message “confirming” my Thursday appointment, walked all the way there to find the doors locked and lights off. No explanation or notice. New management is taking over the location in a few weeks.

I attended an appointment with Dr. Carlos J. Huergo in March 2023 due to the fracture of the first molar. Before performing any type of procedure, I asked if it was covered by my health insurance (AETNA), which they answered yes. The attention was a 5, they scared me, the dental assistant forced me to mark 5 stars from an application when I was still lying on the chair and with anesthesia in my mouth, but hey, that's not serious. This place is great! The front desk support was perfect. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated me for an emergency appointment. Dr Hassler is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

We came in to the office for our appointment and was told that our insurance was no longer accepted. The receptionist, who was so mean and rude, lying to us that she'd been calling but had no answer. I know she was lying because my phone was with me all time and there was no missed call from the office at all. I even received a text message 2 days before confirming the appointment.
