I can't get ahold of anyone on how to cancel my membership. This is the worst experience ever.
This is the best WSC in DC has a beautiful pool and a lot of shopping stores around.
Very thoughtful location in which I get through a work out hassle-free (to me the best kind). Staff are courteous and infallible. I will also commend the entire Town Sports Club membership for a most memorable experience as I look back at the years of service. You are all great and thanks!
Don't join this club unless you don't mind your locker getting cut off and your personal items thrown in the trash (yes they did it to me and offered to pay for 2 items. I said NO, I want them to replace it ALL...shoes, makeup, shirt, bra, workout pants, socks, hair products...) WSC DO THE RIGHT THING! REPLACE MY STUFF! DON'T JOIN THEIR CLUBS! I have been a member of this club since it was opened some years ago. The club caters to a primarily work a day clientele. There is a contstant turnover as members come and go - same goes for management which currently is a good group. As a recent federal government retiree, I continue to come a couple of times a week for yoga and spin cycle classes. Great go to club for serious fitness types.
