After tearing my ACL and going to school 20 minutes away, I was lied to by the receptionist and told I had to come in to cancel my membership. After paying for 4 months unnecessarily, I was informed that I actually could have canceled my membership over the phone and on top of the 4 months of free money I had given them, I would have to pay a cancelation fee! Washington Sports Club is a beurocratic mess that uses any excuse to take money from its members for sub par service.
Randomly took funds from my husband's checking account and have yet to replace.
Horrible experience!!! Signed up for a 14 day trial LAST YEAR and have been having issues cancelling membership since. At this point it's beyond unprofessional. This is incompetence and deceit. I've been in contact with a Dominique Gorham, she is horrible with returning emails in a timely fashion and anytime I attempt to call I am put on hold for 30 or my call is dropped. At this point this business has gotten more then $500 from me for a membership I NEVER used. I will never again stop foot in a WSC and I wouldn't recommend... read more
