I have been a member of this club and in particular this location for YEARS. I continue to be amazed at the steady decline of the club cleanliness (in particular the locker room). Given the traffic of the gym, constant cleaning and replacement of supplies such as paper towels should be a given. At least twice in the last week the machines have not worked and thus a huge role of paper towels is there. The towels given to members are worn and in need of replacement. A special thank you to Regional manager Gerald Martin, new manager Oz and the rest of the kick ass staff at this WSC gym. After hearing my concerns not only did they say they were going to do something they actually did. The mens locker room is now 100% cleaner and all the showers work properly. The moral of the story is air your concerns, the new management does listen.
