Had such a poor experience that I ended up emailing Lisa Love, the VP of Continuous Improvement for Washington Radiology, after leaving feedback on an iPad in the waiting room. I'll keep it short and sweet for Facebook: I was discriminated against on the basis of my sexual orientation, my gender identity was ignored and disrespected, I was called patronizing names like "Butterfly" and "Girl" (I'm almost 29 years old), and my appointment was 50 minutes later than scheduled. I came because of the commercials offering a more comfortable option for mammograms only to find out it is not for women who are well endowed. Also was not told that I would need to bring in a CD with the images from my last mammogram. I could have taken care of that prior to my appointment; now I to make 2 extra trips - one to pick up the CD and another to bring the CD back to your office.
I showed up today before 2:10 for a 2:20 appointment and was told there’s an hour wait. Things are moving SLOWLY here. Not how I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon. Yelp reviews about the wait time are correct!
RecommendedThe technician that did my MRI on 10/3 @ 3pm was great! He put in an IV line for my contrast and painless. Very helpful in getting my through the long process as I’m claustrophobic.
