Wanted to do a chest x-ray. Called ahead TWICE!!! and asked will there be any problem since we had COVID but have successfully recovered, have the result that state the we are negative AND have antibodies. Twice we were assured that if we have these docs we are fine. We show up and they say since it says positive we gotta leave now. I am explaining that this is positive for antibodies. Today I drove 20 minutes to go to my local imaging center because Washington Radiology claimed they didn’t get the fax sent on 12-18, even though we have an electronic receipt. So today we resigned and resent release. We called Washington Radiology and they told us the fax goes to medical records and they are closed until 12-26, so no one at this multi-million dollar practice to tell us if my fax was received by a staff person, my new appointment is now set for 12-30... we shall see.

I love this place this is my second time here.when I call to make my appointment myself my dr had written me three referrals for three different test so I ask if I could get them all on the same day and she checked came back to phone and said yes.That was good for me then when I arrived the reception and all the staff were awesome and it wasn’t a long wait .I recommend this place highly.

Had such a poor experience that I ended up emailing Lisa Love, the VP of Continuous Improvement for Washington Radiology, after leaving feedback on an iPad in the waiting room. I'll keep it short and sweet for Facebook: I was discriminated against on the basis of my sexual orientation, my gender identity was ignored and disrespected, I was called patronizing names like "Butterfly" and "Girl" (I'm almost 29 years old), and my appointment was 50 minutes later than scheduled.
