I've been coming here for many years. I'm very happy with the care the practice provides. They have a good set of doctors that are very invested in their patients.
I found their staff friendly and fairly efficient. I had an appointment for a physical. I arrived 10min early as they suggested, completed my paperwork, and was in the exam room 5min after my appointment start time. This was during a weekday afternoon (2pm I think).
I agree with previous reviews that this office is horrendous with respect to patient/customer service. Dr Basch had been my primary care physician for 20+ years, until his untimely retirement due to health reasons. However, this office was awful before his retirement. I was told that he had no control or say over how the office was run or processes conducted.
