Great breakfast We frequented this restaurant when we stayed at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza the last time we were in DC. Prices were average for the area, the restaurant was clean and well appointed, the staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast is great, especially the Sunday brunch, and the desserts are divine.

Not Kid or baby friendly – Ths is an interesting hotel for the money. First only two of the three elevators seem to work, parking and getting your car takes forever, and not kid friendly at all. My favorite thing is the way the staff looks at you, dressed as a tourist and not a business person, and can easily see the how they tend to look at you. First, you are three blocks from the white house, outside of that, go someswhere else and be appreciated for the business you bring.
Location, location, location! – The Crowne Plaza was a fairly upscale hotel with close proximity to most of the downtown DC sights. The fitness center is small, but the equipment is modern. Probably not a place I could afford if traveling alone, but a great place to stay with friends. In the end, it was reasonably priced by splitting the cost with others.
