I just want to say that after living in this community for a decade things have changed for the worse since 2015. When first arrived this place was Manua Loa apartments and the previous owner did nothing to fumigate our unit when we first moved in. It looked worse then the movie Joe's Apartment (1996) I was just waiting for the cockroaches to talk back. Fast forward to present. Place is haunted in two different units.
