Called to get info regarding hip replacement if they accept new patients. To whomever answered the phone wasn’t very pleasant to speak with. They Sounded very irritated and unhappy. Stated they do not have a hip specialist, I stated online it says hip replacement. The person stated the person who specializes in that no longer does that surgery and ended up hanging up the phone. I think it’s important to sound pleasant when you’re calling for a first good impression.
Dr. Marc Connell did a genius-level job with my two complicated knee replacements. It's been 9 and 8 years now and my knees and legs remain strong, straight, and pain-free. That's quite a change! The WOSM staff, currently Dr. Connell's MA Abbey, are always helpful and respond quicky to my questions about whether I need premedication for other procedures. She really went a few extra miles this week getting my pharmacy to fill my prescription correctly. I definitely recommend WOSM.
