Came for a standing MRI as written on the order they accepted to schedule off of. Arrived and this was the convo with the rad tech “We don’t do standing MRIs here, only sitting” “… so why did you schedule off an order that literally says standing…” “Oh that’s the front desk, you should’ve asked to speak to a radiology tech”
Had MRI 5 days ago, MRI has not been read yet. I was in practice for 26 years, that's unheard of.
I left two messages in a weeks time, to make an appointment and no one ever responded. I will not do business with them.
Horrible customer service and phone manner, talk down to you and slam the phone like they hate their job.
Horrible customer service when I was trying to make the appointment. It took over 3 weeks and I was yelled at by Kyna. She was very rude and unkind and I do not feel that she had any true concern or care to help me. The entire experience of trying to make the appointment was extremely frustrating.
