Dr. Washington has been my psychiatrist for the past couple of years. I had a mental health crisis and she was instrumental in getting better. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover MDLive anymore so I have to go somewhere else.
I would like to make an appointment, after calling today and last week, still no answer.
I have had a initial appt with Dr.Washington last year , I expected to continue care with her . Having different psychiatrist is not the way to go I like to build report, etc. So fast forward to now I need a follow up visit to discuss somethings and do a medication refill as well. My insurance doesn’t deal with MD Live so I could do an appointment with her but pay out of pocket .
