I rented here and loved it. The staff are super nice and I loved watching TV in the community area. Every person I met I became friends with. The apartments are very secure and very safe. The management will put notices of important things right on your door so you can't miss it. They have events going on too about every month. If I live in Lawrence again, I would definitely come back.
Community is important, and the staff go out of their way to provide events that foster a sense of community. The residents are quality, as well the staff. Very cool building, complete with a brand new gym, high ceilings, and a gorgeous community room. I live on a very quiet floor, with great people. Gorgeous loft space with awesome tenants!
Toured this property yesterday it was amazing it has a unique charm and the staff were great very polite and answered all questions I had
This place is great cool looking little bar in walking distance good vibe from the current tenants I came across on the property while doing a tour it's definitely in my top 3 places I've looked at

Pros: Beautifully restored building, mostly well maintained common areas, nice little roof deck, convenient yet still somewhat private location (for Lawrence). Cons: Feels a lot like dorm life with a staff that believes they're your resident advisors. Upcharges for everything-- talk about being nickel and dimed. Rent increases every year regardless if anything has been done to the building.
