Great experience aside from scheduling. They called to confirm an appointment for a different time than was listed on the text reminder that I got, then argued that I had it wrong over the phone. Then after scheduling a cleaning and sending a reminder, they gave my appointment away and asked if I could come in 2 hours earlier on the day of my appointment. Apparently I needed to respond to the text reminder that they sent, no phone call, no prompt, they said they "hadn't heard from me", so they gave the appointment away. Real... read more
My Experience Was More Than Exceptional!!! The Staff is Highly Professional & Friendly. I Can Definitely Say That This Was By Far, The Absolute Best Dental Appointment/Practice That I Have Encountered!!!
