I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Kudos to Juan for making my statement relaxing and memorable from start to finish. Rooms: Very spacious and designed to enjoy compartmentalizing the room and bathroom. Bathroom nicely designed and easy to maneuver if you have physical limitations. We’ve stayed at the Georgetown Marriott before and liked it. This time, we got in late, exhausted, and stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes (felt longer) while staff passed by without helping us. One staff member helped the couple behind us without acknowledging that we had been waiting. Another told us, “Don’t look at me. I’m just logging in.” Aretha was not there when we first arrived.
