room was clean, everything in order. staff are friendly. no hassles of any kind. great location.
This is probably the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Truly, absolutely impractically made and the secret fees are worse than ticketmaster. Why do you enter the garage on the left side? This isnt Europe. We drive on the right, do we not? Also, while the location is I suppose "ideal" why the heck is this hotel so expensive and it doesn't even include a hot tub or a pool? This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. On May 11, I received a confirmation for a May 15-19 stay at a total cost of $2,310.89. While sitting at O'Hare Airport preparing to fly to Washington, D.C. for my daughter's college graduation, I checked the Marriott Bonvoy app and discovered that my reservation was now showing only May 17-19. This was an excellent hotel for our trip to Washington, DC. It is a 5-minute walk to Washington Circle, and a 10-minute walk to Foggy Bottom Metro stop. Very convenient for sightseeing in our nation’s capital. The Metro ride to all of the main sights is 15-minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel for dining. The hotel room was updated and spacious, the breakfast very good, and staff helpful. The neighborhood is safe and picturesque – a few embassies are nearby.
