I had my 2016 Hyundai Tucson inspected and had a new headlight put in. A few days after picking it up, every single light and warning has been showing up on the dashboard! When I called about it, which I had to call several times and leave multiple messages before anyone called me back, they said it would be a month before they could look at it and will most likely charge me a $100 diagnostic fee because it probably isn't something they did even though my car DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!!
We had a fantastic and speedy all around purchasing experience here! I was looking for a new hybrid, and after a smooth test ride and thorough explanations comparing different models, we ended up with a new Tucson. Michael was great and really patient with us, answering all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured to purchase. We're looking forward to coming here in the future for service and a potential purchase in the future.
Had to have my car towed unfortunately. And it was a bit of a wait which I completely understand. Huge shoutout to the service advisor, Creig. He was super upfront about everything and offered as many updates as he possibly could for time being. Big shoutout to the tech who worked on my vehicle as well, everything got done in a timely manner once it was being seen. I can definitely appreciate these guys. Thank you for being kind, understanding, upfront, and genuine with my situation!
Very well organized service department. They squeezed me in due to an scheduling mishap. Courtesy shuttle is prompt. The issue I had was failing to be notified prior that my oil and filter change was no longer a gratis service prior. I payed over $100 and had I been made aware, I would definitely had done this elsewhere and paid far less.
