We're sorry about the problems encountered on your mother's(?) job. Our installer was told to leave because he said he would have to come back to pick up the carpet he had torn up because of the pet urine in the carpet and the fact that he could not put that carpet in the same trailer as the new carpet he was taking to his next job. He did act in a professional manner in a difficult situation.
If you want lots of pieces of carpet pieced together this is the place to go! They give a quote with the name & color of carpet your getting in each room and the thickness of padding but no sizing. After that have you turn your house upside down to get ready for the install then they come in and put it down however they see fit. Which in my case was 1 section and 6 small chunks up the side of the wall. When I asked why I wasn’t told it would be puzzled pieced together I was told they don’t tell their customers how they plan ... read more
