I waited several hours for assessment after coming in with a head injury. White I was waiting my symptoms and pain worsened to a concerning degree. The doctor and nurse that treated me were both extremely friendly, but the wait was far too long for the nature of my injury. If I had the option at the time I would've gone somewhere else.
I love my doctor but I’m a little miffed by the lab. They’re supposed to be open until 4:30pm but they left before 4pm so I had to come back the next day to get labs. They’re supposed to be back from lunch at 1pm but they were still gone at 1:10pm. I just think, especially for a new clinic, if you have set hours you need to stand by them, though I will also say that 30 minutes isn't much of a lunch break. I think it woulud be perfectly reasonable to take an hour, I just wish I didn't have to leave and come back and then wait... read more
