I've been going to Washington Eye Care ever since the last company I used abruptly closed and every experience I've had with them has been a pleasant one. Furthermore, each time I go here the establishment is always clean and tidy but more importantly I can always find a nice pair of stylish glasses that suits my needs. !!
Staff in store seem nice... the time it takes to get your glasses 8 weeks...Does.except insurance, but so many over priced fees. America best is cheaper, w/o insurance. Plus rude staff when they call you You ask questions... They jus hang up. Not alot of parking options aswell!
I've been waiting since june 16 for my glasses was told 6 to 8 weeks then that time passed was told 3 to 6 weeks now nobody answers when i call horrible service first and last time with them
