I never had to give a type! of business a bad review!!!! but the customer service is so bad! that I wouldn't send my dog there. they are disrespectful ! rude!.. unprofessional lazy! an they need to take some customer service classes! an all of them need to go back to school! an learn! how to work in a business like setting an how to treat people who pretty much help pay they salary! I hope an pray that Washington eye care see this review an clean house! because it is way overdue
Has improved a lot, but extreme wait time for glasses is problematic.
I never have any issues this is where me and my sons get our glasses one of the few offices that do appointments and exams at one place so definitely a gem the team is always respectful love this place!
I recently visited Washington Eyecare for an eye examination. While the office was efficient, my overall experience lacked the warmth and professionalism I expected. At the front desk, the staff member addressed me only as “George” because she could not pronounce my last name. At 64 years old, I believe a simple “Mr. George” would have shown respect, especially since I noticed another patient who was not a person of color being addressed as “Mr.” followed by his last name.
