In the past couple of years, I've realized that I – like so many women my age (40-50+) – need a healthcare practitioner who is more informed about hormonal changes/menopause than the typical primary care doctor or even OB-GYN. Dr. Skarulis is a wonderful doctor. As a patient I feel my concerns are heard, she takes time listening to my concerns and explaining. She gives a very detailed medical report with different treatment methods outlined and I am very glad to be in her care!
Dr. Skarulis has been an amazing doctor and gone above and beyond for me in treating me these last few months. She has a wonderful bedside manner, clearly knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to listen and advocate when needed. Dr. Skarulis is amazing. She's got a scientific mind that allows her to explore issues in a smart way. On top that she really cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to help them. She practices thoughtful medicine by seriously considering the wants and needs of her patients. She sees each patient as an individual worthy of going the extra mile to get them where they need to be.
I am so glad that I found Dr. Skarulis. I left our first visit feeling like I had finally found a physician who would look at the whole picture and work with me on a personal level to find solutions. Her boutique style of practice is a breath of fresh air from the often stressful and difficult-to-navigate medical world.
