Tried to get paid for work done at this company and they put it on their American Express. Then months later they denied payment with American Express because we wouldn’t give them a big discount on their bill!
Washington Diamond is the best! When looking for our engagement rings, my fiancée and I went to many different places prior to coming to Washington Diamond. Washington Diamond is absolutely amazing! Tom was the best at helping to choose the right diamond and the right setting for my wife's engagement ring and wedding set. I got my wedding ring there as well. We have been back many many times for cleanings and on our last cleaning the jeweler noticed one of the prongs was loose. We have since moved to Washington State and Erin was amazing and setup everything in order to mail the rings back and forth for minor adjustments. Tom was pleasure to work with when choosing an engagement ring!! His knowledge of diamonds and styles is unmatched and I felt super confident in my decision making. He offered me different options and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Erin was also very helpful in scheduling and gave great tips for ring care. I first went to Washington Diamond in 1989 when I bought my wife and engagement/wedding ring, one which they custom made from my design. Over the years I have gone back for diamond earrings for my wife, my oldest daughter, and most recently my youngest daughter. They have always gone out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Washington Diamond to anyone who is interested in having an engagement ring made, or having a family hierloom ring redone for the special occasion. My fiance and I were absolutley pleased with how her great great grandmother's ring turned out. It was absolutely perfect! If I could rate above 5 stars I would!
