Recently had 2 rings and a pair of diamond studs cleaned there. I also had all the settings checked and one ring repaired. Customer service and prices continue to be great.

Tom, Erin, and the Washington Diamond team continue to be wonderful! My husband and I bring our rings in for complimentary cleaning each year, and it’s amazing how they continue to look like new thanks to the great service we receive! They also ensure stones are tightened, and when a small repair was needed to my engagement ring, they did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Tom and the rest of the Washington Diamond staff are just fantastic. They were great to work with when we first bought our rings (geez.... was it really over 20 years ago?) and were equally as nice when we recently needed some work. They were upfront, honest, and did what they said they were going to do. We highly recommend them!
After 22 years of marriage, we decided to upgrade my ring with a new setting. My husband & I met with Denelle to look at options, she was very nice and super helpful. The outcome is amazing, we chose a platinum hand etched setting. Fantastic experience overall.

Washington Diamond is the best jeweler in the capital area. My wife and got our wedding rings from them and were extremely satisified with their customer service. Everyone is kind and willing to help in any way they can. Having an appointment time where you have their 100% attention made it an incredible experience. Not only does Washington Diamond sell high quality jewelry but Tom is really good and creative in finding ways to salvage older pieces. He designed a pendant using the diamond from my mother’s wedding ring after she passed away and it is absolutely beautiful.
