The lady on the phone was very unprofessional I was just calling to see if my loved one made it there
Very unprofessional. I called to make sure that my relative was safe and in their care due to previous confusion and they were extremely rude to me. They did not want to listen to any of my concerns, continuously interupted me, and raised their voice at me without reason. Only after raising her voice at me, the doctor finally gave me a little bit of the information that I asked for. I was not asking a lot of her, just wanted to make sure that my loved one was safe.
