Great app
Very polite over the phone, once I got there, I didn't feel as if staff were particularly friendly but what's most disturbing is their policy - NO TEST DRIVING UNTIL AFTER THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT. I am working on improving my credit and I don't want an inquiry on my report for a car I didn't even get to drive. Absolutely ridiculous. They, of course, didn't mention that policy on the phone before we drove an hour to get there. Very disappointing experience.
My husband and I had a truly great experience purchasing a truck here. I was extremely impressed with Mike (salesman) and especially Jeff (the finance person.) We told Mike what we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay and he found us a wonderful truck! When it came to the financing Jeff was able to get it done in a way that worked perfect for us and our financial situation. Got a great deal on my truck here. Robert and Mike were friendly and helpful . They even gave me a hand in loading up my motorcycle in the truck after the transaction. I recommend these guys if you are looking for a quality used vehicle.
