Back in May they were called for my husband to browns mill walmart for a cardiac arrest and thanks to them I still have my husband they got there fast and brought him back to me and my children I could never thank them enough

Washington County EMS employees have always been prompt in any need I had in the past, and I always know they will be prompt with any need I could possibly have in the future. My son was transported from Johnson City to Atlanta Georgia by this company on September 5th. I had to pay $3100 upfront. They then billed my insurance for over $5000. My insurance company ended up paying them around $3700 on November 1st. It is now January 2, 2024 and I have yet to be reimbursed my money. I’ve called several times and keep getting told that their billing company will get to it. Sad thing is I can’t say that they took great care of my child during the transport that well either. My child was in restraints an... read more
