They got back to me via email but the vehicle had been sold although the ad said it was only on the web for 1 day. With that being said, I don't feel that I have dealt with them enough to give an accurate rating.

The truck was sold already and they didn't tell me. They told me to come look at it. Then when I called back another person told me it was sold. The truck is actually still on CarGurus 2 weeks later. Seems they try to bait people in

Dealer was not very flexible with price or valuing my trade-in. They were, however, responsive.
