I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them at all. Please search around before you come to them, make this your LAST resort! Don’t go to any of their locations DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this place. A year and a half of completing my course of treatment, I received bills forwarded from a third-party insurance company. They claim that I owe a balance that I was never billed 1.5 years later. Not only that, my insurance carrier was fraudulently billed services that I did not receive. They are currently being investigated by the special investigations unit of my insurance company and by the Department of Maryland Physical Therapist.
