This place is so beautiful. I have been living here for 4 months now and I'm loving everything about this place. They have great amenities, my favorite being the pool area. Also the on-site parking is great and I don't have to park far from my apartment. Front desk is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. :)
I moved to Philadelphia from Maryland for work and was looking for a place that was pet friendly. I found Presidential City and thought it was the perfect fit. It has an incredible pool club and fitness center, parking, and all brand-new modern apartments. Having the convenience of a safe, on-site dog park with plenty of greenery was a huge selling point. I couldn't find an apartment in the area that offered the same amenities and features. I've been living here for about 6 months and it's been a great experience so far.
