This is the worst car wash of all time .The staff Is rude . They promised service and never fullilled their promise . I ask for refund and they they ask for a receipt..The funny thing is they never gave me receipt. . I only lost about $35.00 dollars but will never go there again ... They sucks and there thrives..
Cashier very unfriendly. No explanation for over charge of $10 for an oil change. Vacuuming not included for a $50 oil change
They are very slow and have no motivation. Everyone walks around like they have all day. I have been there several times and always get the wash and wax for 39.99 they always say it will take between 35 - 45 minutes . NEVER ! I was there today again same response and I was there for 1hr. 20 minutes waiting for my truck to get done . Then as I was getting the truck the Manger was just standing there glaring at me with this dirty look on his face for me complaining that it was taking forever to get done .
Please stay away from this business. I just went for the first and last time today.. immature management, immature children. I pulled up behind a van and they had used the blue tape on the rear wiper and spelled something inappropriate for a business to do on a customer's vehicle. If I would have been the customer, I would have went off on that management team.
After 5 years I go in and pay for the $25 wash and the bottom half of my Tahoe is still dirty, with only 2 of the 4 wheels treated. The hood somehow had a ton of dust on it as well but also has brand new scratches on it, and the outside looks like children played with slobber and their fingers. Wanted to have a debate about what is "clean" and for $25 I better damn well be able to eat off of it. Cancelled charge, new wash opens across 121 in a few months. I see a lot of bad post and reviews about this place but the whole 4 years I've been coming I've never had a problem. Great service and my car always looks amazing. Great job well done. And my car is alway super dirty when I bring her in.
