Chris did an amazing job !!!! on time friendly. he sent me a text he was on his way and one when he arrived. Also I found out last week I needed to start back on my chmeo this week and really wanted the carpets done before I started and he got me in and had the job done in no time.

We had Chris come out to clean our living room rug and bedroom carpets. He did a great job! The rug looks phenomenal and the carpets that we thought were too far gone to be cleaned, now look great too! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and provides great service! Highly recommend!
Great job. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was even able to get permanent Sharpie ink out of our carpet. Super job!

Chris does and excellent job cleaning and using a protectant on the carpet. He is professional and caring. We use Washed New at least once a year to keep our carpets looking their best with 4 kids running around on them! I highly recommend them!
Washed New did an excellent job on our carpet. They came out on time, even sending me a text that they were on their way. We had some pet stains that were taken care of. And all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner. This is the only company I would ever recommend for taking care of our floors.
Chris and his team did a wonderful job of listening to our concerns and finishing the job in a timely manner. I would most certainly recommend using Washed New for your business or home needs.
