Chris was great to work with. We have used other companies in the past and Chris was professional and very informative about our carpets. I had never seen someone use a special light to reveal the stains below the surface. He is very communicative, affordable, efficient, and on time. You can tell he takes great pride in his business. I also appreciated his technology communication. We are extremely pleased with our outcome. He helped us prepared to bring our immune compromised child home.
