Chris text me thirty minutes before he arrived, text me when he completed, wore booties into my home. He cleaned the carpets and mysterious spots. Thank you for being so professional!
My carpets were cleaned that were a part of the business deal plus Chris cleaned rooms not on his list. It is a FANTASTIC job, my carpets had not been cleaned in over 20 years and outside a couple spots that were deep in the mat, a majority of them were lifted. I am highly recommending his services.
The carpets and the stairway look great. The tile is better than great.
Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. We will likely never have anyone else clean our carpets. He was obviously interested in doing a quality job, and was very personable. Washed New is top notch and very afffordable.
Chris is extremely knowledgeable about flooring. His cleaning skills far outweigh others in his field. So much that I called him from two hours away to clean my floors on our new construction. I wasn’t moving in until I knew they were thoroughly cleaned. Now I can move in knowing there’s no construction material left on the floors. I highly recommend him. Thanks Chris!

Hey pet lovers...if you have trouble with pet odor in your carpet, call Chris at Washed New in Paragould. He came all the way to Vanndale to clean mine. AWESOME JOB. I have to see my dogs with my own eyes to know they are inside- LOL

If you need your carpets or tile cleaned, call Washed New! Chris made sure he was at our house as soon as possible to give a reasonable estimate and was back to start the job within a few days. When he left the house, our carpets and tile were nearly perfect! He was very informative of what treatments he was using and extremely knowledgeable on know how to remove the stains.
