After being overcharged and having the wrong clothes delivered on my first delivery, I still gave them another shot. A few months later, was overcharged by almost 80 pounds, had someone else's clothes mixed in with ours. After calling over 4 weeks to get a refund from being charged for another customer's items and being told it had been processed, was then told the woman who processes the refunds was out because her son was sick and nobody else could process the refund. I placed an order on Wednesday for a Sunday pickup. With half an hour left in the pickup window, I'd heard nothing from them, although generally a confirmation text goes out saying the driver is on the way. I called to find out what was happening and was first hung up on and then dumped into voicemail. When my call was returned, about 20 minutes later, I was told that the driver was running behind (with no specific time delay provided). Used washclub a couple times while my washer was down and had a newborn at home. They were fast, friendly and everything came back clean and folded as ordered. Fantastic value for the price exactly when I needed it.

I like the service however they need to improve on being on time for pick ups and deliveries. Also, the costs are too high.

It was amazing. I washed all of my clothing as well as my children's clothes . They were delivered back the next day.

Whe I first started in March they were awwwwwwwesome. Now, they tend to run hours behind schedule for pickup and drop off. Last order they came an hour earlier than the scheduled window without checking that I was home! They have "lost" my order number in their system twice. They have forgotten to give me a bag of my clothes, and have given me someone else's before too. They do not always pay attention to the address. Laundry always comes back clean, smelling good and well folded. Reasonable prices and flexible pickup/dropoff. Helps me dig out of the occasional laundry hole.
