Quite literally the worst experience I have had in DC. They lost my clothes. Check reviews on Yelp and Facebook and you will see many others with similar experiences.
Still experiencing the first time using WashClub, pick up a hour late yesterday and now waiting for delivery originally scheduled today between 9am-1pm. Just called (yes I had to call) and I've been moved to 5pm-9pm. It's currently 5:30-pm.......
Just another terrible review. They have so far stolen AT LEAST 3 pairs of name brand leggings 1 lulu lemon tank top 1 nike golf skirt 1 pair of urban outfitters jean shorts 1 pair of Nike gym shorts 1 fabletics leggings Countless socks missing Would not recommend to anyone.
Excellent service. Great pick up & delivery. No fuss automatic online ordering, billing/receipt.
Great customer service, convenient delivery/pick up times, and the perfect prices if you decide to value your time in a city like DC over scrounging for laundromat quarters and spending whole days off doing laundry!

It was good that i could rely on someone to help. They keep you informed of the driver coming. Clothes were clean. Dont like Gain at all and the scent is bad. I would prefer clothes to smell clean and not overpowering. Wish people would realize that. Anyway. I appreciate what they do.
