This place was a mess during my time there. HIPAA violation as well. It took them 8 hours to inform me what room I'd be staying in. None of the BHTs (support staff) ever introduced themselves, and spent all day on their phones, if they weren't driving recklessly to get us to the IOP down the street. While at IOP, our lunch was consistently just a sandwich and a bag of chips brought to us in a trash bag. That made me feel cared about, like I was valid.
