the services here are amazing!! I love the help they give and Barb k. is amazing!!! SHE has helped turn my 14 year old around into more if a positive reaction than the bad .. I recommend washburn center for children to all whom are in crisis.
WCC has been great for our family until our sons newest therapist realized we are a two mom (one transgender) family and unilaterally decided to yank his services based on this. I'm genuinely saddened that this single therapist is allowed to discriminate in this manner.
Very disappointed in your decision to pull services from a Transgender family. Child services funded by the public dollar are not reserved for all children with the need
