The vacuums won't suck anything up. I was disappointed that I paid for a wash here. I wish I would have went elsewhere where the vacuums work better.

Great service. The lot is a bit strange to navigate the first time you're there, and I personally completely missed their automatic option, but you can't complain about their dedication. If they miss a spot, they're happy to give you a do-over.

I took my 130 pound Saint Bernard this evening to the dog wash. Very nice and clean. $5 for 10 minutes which was enough time to shampoo and condition the dog and wash it all off. I wish the dryers were stronger, but it takes several hours in front of fans at the groomer's to dry him. So you'd have to have a shop vac for him. I brought towels with me and that helped a lot. I used the oatmeal shampoo. It smelled really good, and I lathered it in well. He hasn't been chewing on his dry skin spots since using it. I didn't notice... read more
