This the only car wash I go to but today they really showed poor customer service. I paid my $15 as always got around where the guys guided me in I didn’t even get half way through my wash and my truck stop moving and like it came off the glider but everything in the wash cycle was still going I blew my horn because other vehicles were behind me and I didn’t want to get hit they stopped the cycle and came to my truck and ask me if I pressed on the breaks(me looking confused l... A friend of mine went thru the car wash, was guided in wrong and her car was scratched... they refused to do anything about it. Told her she can’t prove it happened there... poor customer service.
We have a great experience every few days there. Vehicles Always come out clean.
I do not recommend wash park we went to the automatic car wash and went to put in our card. The instructions say to press the stop button to end charges. We wanted to end at $5.00, it never ended it kept going up. It ended up charging us $10 without getting our wash time either.
I do not recommend the automatic car wash. I went through the other day and messed up two of my brand new wheels. They do not have guard on the metal railing. I called and they told me it wouldnt rub if they were factory wheels with factory tires, well they are factory wheels with factory tires.
Conveyor quit working in the middle of our car wash the gentlemen working gave us a freebie in the touchless.
Really great place and fast
